30 Days to Become the Main Character in Your Own Life

Private 1:1 Coaching | Personalized Guidance | Real-Life Implementation

When was the last time you felt like the main character in your own life?

Not the woman who keeps everything and everybody else afloat. Not the one chasing opportunities, approval, or love. Not the one who keeps promising herself she'll make a change

everything and everyone else is taken care of.

Maybe you're exhausted from over-giving. Maybe you know what you want but keep second-guessing yourself. Maybe you start strong and slip right back into the same thoughts, relationships, and routines. Or maybe life is fine on paper, but deep down you're thinking, "

The Proximity Program is my 30-day private coaching experience

designed to help you stop living as a supporting character and step into your rightful role as the

Not by pretending nobody else matters but by finally recognizing that

As you change how you think, choose, and show up, you can begin to experience:

This is about building a new way of showing up, thinking, and choosing that you can carry with you long after our 30 days together.

THIS ISN'T ANOTHER COURSE. IT'S PROXIMITY.

When you become the main character in your own life, everything begins to shift. You stop chasing, forcing, and proving yourself worthy. Instead, you become more available for reciprocal love, aligned opportunities, abundance, genuine support, and experiences that reflect the woman you're becoming.

For 30 days, we'll work closely on your self-concept, beliefs, patterns, and daily practices to help you embody the woman who naturally attracts rather than chases.

This is no cookie-cutter curriculum. Your 30 days are built custom around you.

We begin with a private 1:1 opening call.

Before I offer direction or suggest a practice, I want to understand what you're navigating, what you've tried, and what you want to create. Together, we'll identify a focus for our work.

From there, we begin 30 consecutive days of private coaching through one-on-one calls, personal messaging, and ongoing guidance and support, all guided by four pillars:

01 | ACCESS | You're Not Doing This Alone

For 30 days, you have direct, private access to me for personalized guidance, encouragement, accountability, and support.

I'm not just waiting for you to come to me. I'm checking in, asking questions, observing your progress, and helping you navigate what comes up as you begin making yourself a priority.

Before we can change anything, we need to understand what's actually happening.

Together, we'll examine your current beliefs, thought patterns, behaviors, desires, and the ways you may have been unintentionally keeping yourself in the background of your own life.

We're identifying what needs your attention, what no longer serves you, and who you're ready to become.

03 | IMPLEMENTATION | Start Living Differently

Awareness is beautiful, honey, but we're not stopping there!

We're taking what you've discovered and putting it into practice. That may mean establishing boundaries, shifting your self-talk, developing new habits, honoring your desires, or making decisions from the identity of the woman you're becoming.

This is where we practice choosing YOU in real-life situations, with personalized guidance and course correction along the way.

04 | INTEGRATION | Become the Woman You've Been Practicing Being

The goal isn't to make changes for 30 days and then return to your old patterns.

It's to help you establish a new way of relating to yourself that continues beyond our time together.

We'll focus on strengthening your self-trust, recognizing old patterns without automatically returning to them, and making your new standards, beliefs, and behaviors a natural part of everyday life.

You're not just learning how to put yourself first. You're learning how to LIVE as a woman who does.

. This is high-touch, personal support, not 24/7, on-demand, or emergency access. Support may come through messages, voice guidance, calls, assignments, questions, or resources. Some days are for deep conversation; others are for putting what you've learned into action.

so I can give each woman intentional attention.

The Proximity Program is coaching, mentorship, and spiritual guidance,

not therapy, medical care, or crisis support.

I won't make decisions for you or guarantee specific outcomes in your relationships, finances, or other circumstances.

My role is to help you recognize that authority and start living from it.

If you're tired of chasing, waiting, second-guessing, and putting yourself last, let's change the way you show up for
